Museum of Ice Cream
I scream, You scream, We all scream for ice cream! The famous Museum of Ice Cream came to Los Angeles. Think Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory meets ice cream. You get to scratch a banana wall where it smells like bananas – instantly, I mustered up by best pretentious Veruca Salt impression and voiced, “Snozzberries! Who ever heard of a Snozzberry?”. You then get to taste mint chocolate mochi ice cream made with mint grown from chocolate dirt and finally, jump into a pool of SPRINKLES. Rich is not a fan of “Photo Opp” exhibits teaming with fashion bloggers and their Instagram boyfriends. However, he found this one to be bearable in that they offered varying ice cream treats throughout the experience.
We followed the trail of forgotten sprinkles to the entrance.
The first room was a pre-recorded greeting by the “Ice Cream Fairy” a.k.a. Seth Rogan on these retro phones.
Now you try not saying the iconic Veruca Salt quote when seeing these walls.
Charcoal ice cream!
Sometimes he drives me bananas…
Disclaimer: the sprinkles are made of plastic and are not edible.
As you can imagine, we left with sprinkles in every crevice of our bodies that could be found in our apartment for many days.
